Special Education

The LLHS Special Education Department supports students academically, socially, and emotionally through our Learning Skills classes, where we focus on building organization, self-advocacy, time management, and study skills. We help students track assignments and grades, set meaningful goals, and develop the habits they need to succeed in their classes. Each month, we do activities that let students explore different college and career options so they can start thinking about what they might want to do after high school. Our goal is to make sure every student feels supported, capable, and confident as they move toward their next steps.
